Preset fictional adults only

You must be at least 18 years old. Select only the original fictional adult characters provided in the cast picker. Do not upload personal photos, supply image or video URLs, request real-person likenesses or ask to clone a voice. Custom character uploads and face replacement are unavailable. Do not try to bypass these limits using a topic or lyric reference.

Prohibited content and conduct

Do not upload, request, create or distribute through Airaptrend:

• Sexual, pornographic, nude, intimate or other NSFW content, including non-consensual intimate imagery.
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexualization or exploitation of anyone under 18, or content presenting a person as a minor in a sexual context, including synthetic depictions.
• Graphic violence, gore, torture, threats, promotion of violence or instructions facilitating harm.
• Hateful or dehumanizing content, incitement or discrimination targeting protected characteristics, extremist promotion, harassment, bullying or exploitation.
• Deceptive impersonation, fraudulent endorsements, scams or synthetic performances presented as authentic recordings of something a person actually said or did. Do not use another person's identity without permission or to mislead, defame or harm them.
• Material that infringes copyright, trademarks, publicity, privacy or other rights, including unauthorized music, lyrics, characters or voices.
• Other unlawful material or activity, or attempts to bypass safety controls, access restrictions or payment protections.

These rules apply to character selections, topic and lyric references, generated video and audio, and how you use or share a result. Do not repeatedly resubmit blocked material to evade a restriction.

Original media and truthful sharing

All available characters are original AI-created fictional adults. They may look photorealistic, but they are not actual people. Original rap generation does not promise an imitation of a real artist or a particular voice. A scene name is not an endorsement. You must have the rights needed for any supplied lyrics and intended use of the result.

Clearly identify synthetic media when context could mislead viewers. Sharing is optional. Do not suggest that an actual person performed or endorsed the content.

Safety controls and human output review

Every new generation submits the final text prompt, including an optional topic or lyric reference, to Waffo's prompt review. A rejected prompt is refused. If the review is unavailable, generation does not proceed. The fal model's built-in safety checker is also enabled, with coverage controlled by the provider.

Completed outputs are archived privately and placed in a human review queue. An authorized reviewer watches the video with audio and checks for sexual content, minors, violence, hate, real-person impersonation and rights concerns. Pending or rejected outputs have no customer playback or download access. An approval is required before delivery; rejection restores the used video once. Review is not instant and is not an independent automated output scanner. Technical media checks verify delivery properties, not content acceptability. These controls cannot guarantee detection of every problem, and an approval does not grant rights for an unlawful use. See the Terms of Service for the exact model and limitations.

Reports and consequences

Report suspected misuse or a rights concern to support@airaptrend.com. Identify the affected content and explain the concern; include a project or order reference if available. Do not attach illegal material.

Depending on the evidence and seriousness of the issue, an operator may refuse a request, temporarily freeze access to the affected service or purchase during investigation, remove or disable access to material in storage we control, or suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated violations. We may ask for clarification or evidence of rights in supplied lyrics when assessing a report. These enforcement responses are operator actions rather than an automated account-ban system. We cannot delete copies outside our control, and we may act on valid legal requests as required by law.

The Refund Policy and rights that cannot be excluded by law continue to apply. Contact support if you believe a restriction was made in error.
