Failed or uncertain generation

A confirmed failed generation restores its used video once. If submission is uncertain, we investigate the same request; do not submit or pay again. A file that is still being saved is not delivered until its private download is ready.

Purchase refunds

Contact support@airaptrend.com with your purchase email and order reference for unused-pack refund requests, duplicate charges, technical delivery failures or an unresolved inaccessible result. We review purchase status, usage and the reported problem. We do not promise an automatic refund for an already delivered video solely because AI details differ from an optional reference. This does not affect statutory cancellation, refund or consumer rights.

After a refund

A refunded or disputed purchase can no longer be used to generate new videos, and related download access may be restricted. Approved money refunds return through the original payment method subject to Waffo and payment-provider processing times. Restoring a video after generation failure is distinct from refunding the original payment.
