What we process

We process your selected photos, optional topic or lyric reference, permission confirmation, generation status, purchase records, contact email and essential security information. Accounts are optional. Use only adult photos with the consent of everyone depicted.

Optional Google sign-in

If you choose Continue with Google, we receive your Google account identifier, email address and verification status, name and profile picture to create or authenticate your Airaptrend account. We request only the basic openid, email and profile permissions. We store the provider account connection and authentication tokens used for sign-in. Google handles your Google password; Airaptrend does not receive it. You can revoke Airaptrend's connection in your Google Account. Guest purchases remain available without a Google account.

Photos and generation

Selecting a photo creates a local preview. A saved draft can be restored for up to two hours. Expired drafts are removed when the draft store is next opened; you can clear your browser data at any time. Clearing your local draft removes this saved draft. We upload photos to Fal only after you explicitly choose to generate. Payment return does not start generation. Fal processes the photos, visual reference and musical reference needed for your requested performance. Its own privacy and retention terms apply.

Payments and recovery

Waffo processes checkout and payment details. We store order identity, purchased video counts, amount, currency, contact email, payment and refund status. We do not store full payment card numbers. Your email is used for receipts and recovering purchases. A guest capability cookie and, if chosen, an account session protect access to your orders.

AI original prompts may also be checked through Waffo’s content review service before generation. This review receives prompt text, not your photos. Template-audio Recast requests have no musical text prompt.

Private storage and retention

Completed videos are privately stored and accessible for 30 days. Save a copy within that time. Access requires the current order or account owner. We do not publish your photos or results as examples or require sharing. Unused purchased videos remain valid for 365 days. Necessary transaction and fraud-prevention records may be retained longer for legal, accounting and dispute needs. Temporary source copies held by Fal follow its retention policies.

Optional analytics

With your analytics consent, Google Analytics 4 measures public page visits and events such as template selection, checkout, generation completion and download. Microsoft Clarity helps us understand use of public pages. Photos, lyric input, email and private results are masked from session recording. Order recovery, authentication and account pages do not load analytics or session recording. Events omit photo URLs, email, lyrics and private media addresses. You can accept, reject or change analytics consent using Cookie settings in the footer.

Providers, security and your choices

Cloudflare hosts the service and private media; Fal provides AI processing; Waffo processes payments; our configured email service delivers recovery messages. Providers may process data in other countries. We apply access controls and limited technical logging. You can request access, correction or deletion of personal information and contact us about privacy at support@airaptrend.com. Legal recordkeeping and dispute obligations may limit deletion of transaction records.
